Fryer Heating Options

The selection of a suitable heating system is influenced by several factors. These may be, for instance, lowest running cost, available fuel or heat source, or even floor space availability. Advice is available on the correct system for your needs.

The following options are available from Coat and Fry:-

• Internal direct electric heating
• Internal direct gas heating
• External direct heating by electricity or gas
• Indirect thermal oil heating system using gas or fuel oil as the original heat source

Ancillary Equipment

Many features are included as standard on the frying installations but the following are available as options:-

• Oil holding tanks for various purposes
• Fire suppression equipment (CO2 or Foam type)
• Clean-in-place system
• Fume filtering and deodourising equipment
• External cooking oil filtration systems
