Flavour Feeder

• The flavour feeder adds flavouring powder to the fried product at a controlled and constant rate.
  

• Coat & Fry offer two types of flavour powder feeders:

  1. The flavour powder feeder for the 100kg/hr line includes a variable speed
     vibratory feed control which dispenses flavoured powder evenly.
     
     
  2. Higher capacity process lines are supplied with motorised screw feeder
     and agitator to overcome clogging and bridging.
• The Coat & Fry Flavour feeders are designed to be accessible and easily cleaned.
  
  
• Electrostatic spray heads maybe supplied as an optional extra providing additional control of flavour powder usage.
